The activities with the support of the Educational Services must be scheduled in advance(preferably with 8 days notice).
When scheduling the following information must be given:

• Name and telephone number of the entity
• Name of the responsible
• Maximum number of participants and number of chaperones
• Group characteristics(grade and any other relevant elements)
• Desired activities
• Date and schedule
